 Palletizing Plant with Annual Capacity of 2.5 Million Tons

Iron Pelletizing plant produce 2.5 million Tons Iron Pellet per annual is developed on a 50 ha land plot. The Plant provides direct employment to 200 persons and indirect employment for about 2000 persons

 

Remarkable features of Butia Iranian Iron Pelletizing Plant

1. The high flexibility of Butia Iron Pelletizing Plant in receiving the concentrate due to having a dryer to control the moisture and HPGR to control the grain size

 

2. The use of a dry ball mill for recovery and recycling of process spills and-_ waste (waste recycling)

 

3. The possibility of transportation of raw materials and manufactured products through the national railway network

 

4. Controlling and minimizing environmental pollutants below--- standard limits by using dust collection systems such as multicyclones, electrofilters, and bag filters
